Project Overview

For my final assignment I focused on the experiences faced by a Brooklyn resident – Ali Suliman throughout Hurricane Sandy. The video is a montage, that works together to create a narrative about the destruction that Ali faced first hand throughout the storm. He shares his experiences as I work to create a visual narrative around it that showcases my personal footage alongside professional pieces that captured the storm.
