Setting the stage and providing instruction is crucial for the workshop. I’ve found that people who are not guided in small groups are less likely to interact with my project in a positive way.

I’ve also found that the way the beads are organized in their packaging can be challenging for people when looking for letters. This often made them less engaged with the project (specifically in a large classroom setting).

Providing a larger and more open environment for the beads to live in would better support the process of discovering different letters, and would make life much easier for participants in the workshop.
