For my cubes assignment I did 4 cubes:
1-Bristol Paper: I did some flaps and used small nails to secure the pieces together.
2-Chipboard:I cut squares, made holes all the way on the sides, and used thread to hold them together.
3-Wood; I used flat, square wood pieces, and wooden thick sticks, then used nails to secure them.
4-Mylar: The idea was really to use a material that can be cut by the laser machine. I chose Mylar for that. I formed the shape of cube on illustrator, did some patterns using a piece of my 2D wire drawing.
