Entry Survey Mind Map

Entry Survey Mind Map.

The illustration that I have drawn shows the key words and images that best represents my answers in today’s class survey. The images I’ve drawn are of a plant, camera, a sponge, a light bulb, a clock, and an art easel. Accompanied with the images are also words that first came to my mind.

I chose to draw an image of a plant because I like to think of myself as someone who is always about growth and progression. I am still learning a lot as a young adult, making mistakes along the way and learning from them as well. The camera is used to describe my goal to be able to capture many different perspectives and I like to think of a camera to document my work in stages. The sponge shows how I am constantly learning and trying to retain new information everyday. The light bulb, displays how my mind is also always inspired by daily life. I was taught that what you put into your mind is what you think. Trying my very best in life will help me produce great work and that is one of my goals I have for this class. The illustration of the clock shows that I like to take my time, I’m a patient person so I like to understand and see work from different points of views so I can know which way will work for me. Lastly, the art easel is a way of expression I am a visual learner so painting a picture in my head helps me to brainstorm ideas onto paper.
