for my Time: Composition class we were instructed to first create a space using only sound. next we were instructed to create this space using video and a range of techniques with Premiere Pro. For my project I chose to record walking to convey a busy city street. Listening to the audio, one can hear footsteps and cars passing. The idea of business around me was important. For the video i took still shots of different building from high areas. It was important for the video to not capture business i wanted the video and audio to represent opposites in order to give the viewer a mixed feeling of calmness and weariness.
