Why would anyone care about your project?
A project is an educational tool for the audiences around the environmental challenges that we face. This problem is rather complex where it can’t be addressed from a single disciplinary approach. The challenge around the area is currently under the address. Based on the current situation within our environmental alert, more attention should be drawn towards the issue.
What haven’t they seen in similar projects?
There are various types of work that has been done in science communication. They exist in multiple different forms, ranging from curriculum models to community work. What is unique about my thesis approaches is that the interactivity that digital interfaces bring to the study area is more appealing to the audiences by nature. There are also similar models that have been done in the interaction design field. Though those previous models showcase some forms of success in their studies, I believe that there are still researches to be done in order to minimize the data accessibility obstacle in the field.
