My name is Anabelle Malamug, and I am a recent graduate of Parsons School of Design. I have a BFA in Architectural Design with a minor in Sustainable Cities. In addition to my education at Parsons, I have also studied BA Architecture for a semester abroad at Central Saint Martins in London, UK. My background in the design and environmental field include internships at both interior and architecture design firms and a student fellowship for The New School’s Green Roof Ecology course. In addition, my capstone project, Asian American Center for Health and Affirmative Action has won the BFA Architectural Design Award for Research as of May 2021.
I have experience in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Microsoft office. At both Parsons and Central Saint Martins, my curriculum included several materiality studies and sustainable practices that included alternatives to carbon-intensive materials. At both my internships, I have worked closely with the design team on several residential, renovation, commercial, and competition projects.
My most passionate architectural projects include the Asian American Center for Health and Affirmative Action (2021) and Phoenix (2019).
