By working on Bridge 4, I gained research skills and began to better understand and analyze complicated readings. By learning about the problems in our economic system and the everyday struggles of the working class I became frustrated and wanted to make a change. By redesigning the Charging Bull monument I got to use my creative skills by making art that is meaningful to me and has a greater meaning aside from aesthetics. I found it really enjoyable to use my own voice to make a new and improved work for the world to experience, even though it is just a model.
