This project is a proposal for a regenerative intervention for a community space at the waterfront of the Gowanus Canal. The C+C Shop is a communal area where food is manufactured and made available to the public. The building has a coffee and chocolate processing area where the community can learn how to process their coffee and beans. On the top floor, there is a coffee shop providing freshly brewed coffee and chocolate baked goods produced by members of the community.
