This is some of my work done with AutoCad throughout school. The program gives the user a lot of freedom to draw any shape desired without much constraint. It is easy with straight forward commands and many shortcuts. As an architecture student, I use this program to create a fast set of drawings, especially floor plans, where one can change and explore different opportunities with ease.
The house bellow is a single family one and a half story house, drawn according to the California building code.
This house is a one story single family house, the same house that was hand-drafted in the first post ( https://portfolio.newschool.edu/architectureportfolio/2016/05/30/hand-drafted-one-story-single-family-house/ )
These are the plans, sections, and elevations of my Studio 2 Final Project.
Bellow are some draft plans for a Space Planning class.
