Time Book

Creating this book was overwhelming for me at first, however once I took an inventory on my pictures and categorized them by color, theme, etc. I was able to find a lot that were really dark and conversely a lot that were really light. I didn’t want to chose because I felt it wouldn’t convey the photography I’m capable of. I then ended up with 50 pages… The one thing that I did really like about my book was that it works from both covers. If viewed from one side, the light pictures are right side up, but if viewed from the other cover, the dark pictures are right side up. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to bind it the way I wanted using the Japanese binding techniques because I couldn’t get the pictures printed before I had to be back in Queens on more than one day. If it weren’t for that though, I’d be completely satisfied. I don’t like that I wasn’t able to carry it out the way I envisioned.
