Purpose:

The goal is to spread awareness about the damage that the manufacturing of paint has on the environment and our health as well as providing organic alternatives

 

Additional Authority:

Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) at a federal level will be responsible for working with the Department of Education to implement the toolkit in art classes

 

Scope:

The target Audience will be young artists and students.

POLICY

  1. Policy Statement

 

 

The toolkit Natural will provide young artists with information from the EPA website on what the manufacturing of paint does to the environment and our health as well as receiving a manual on how to make organic watercolor.

 

  1. The Department of Education will work with the Environmental Protection Agency to implement the toolkit in art classes.

 

 

  1. Schools will be provided with the tool kit.

 

  1. The schools will give them to the art teachers to pass out in class

 

  1. Students will have to bring in the completed coloring book on the teachers selected due date.
