In what ways is Buchanan’s work similar/different to my own work?

The similarity between my work and Beverly Buchanan’s work is that both of us express and display our personality and experience within our work, both try to show who we are through our art. the differences is that Buchanan’s shows deeper and wider range of her, from childhood to adulthood not just a piece of her, she thinks that every piece of her experience matters. Another difference between my work and hers are that her work there are not every precise detail, it is every rough and expressive, and my work tends to be clean and detailed.

What domains do you consider similar/different between your work and the work you selected?

the domains for my work is color, texture, and vibe. I think both of my work and the work is selected portray the similar ideas. The one I am selected seems to have a deeper meaning with the work than my mine. but over the idea between my tree domain are connected within both pieces.

How is the perspective of the work you selected differently from your own? How do you reconcile those differences, and in what ways does this alter or change your understanding of your selected topics/investigations?

The perspective of the work in selected is darker, bigger and stronger than my own. I will reconcile those differences in the way of combining. Take it in the useful concept of making an artwork and think deeply about what there is to show through a piece of art.
