Bridge #1: Inquiry: Domain Map Response
My domains are Fashion, Makeup, and Emotion. Fashion is a popular style, especially in clothing. Makeup means cosmetics applied to the face a. Emotion is a natural instinctive state of mind deriving from one’s circumstances, mood, or relationships with others. I personally really into fashion and makeup, I love shopping clothes, reading fashion magazines and also watching makeup tutorials on youtube. Every time I’m up set or having a bad day, shopping, reading and putting on makeup will always make me happy. So what is the connection between these? Why fashion and makeup can change my emotions? This question came up to my mind, and this is how my interest originated.
I made a collage as the map, so my domains manifest itself in my map by picatures. I found a lot of pictures of each of my domains, and I cut them out then made a collage. As I kept researching, I found out that Makeup means cosmetics applied to the face and it also means the composition of something. This made it even more interesting, I can research more than just cosmetics such as powder and lipstick. I would really like to find out the connections between my domains, Why fashion and makeup can change my emotions? And also how can I cooperate both meanings of makeup?
After a little research, and my own understanding. The connection between my three domains can be many. From my own experience, fashion and makeup does affect my emotions in a good way. Fashion and makeup are always together, fashion is also “makeup” by a lot of things. But I still need to research more to find other connections.
