Keywords Describing My Work
- Contrasted – Both literally and figuratively, contrast with color and lighting, but also with people and locations or objects and individuals.
- Conceptual – Relating to what is thought in my head rather that what one might first see in the image. Each image has an underlying concept and theme that requires you to look further into each detail and placement.
- Perspective – Looking at the things from different angles. My way that I see the world, Most of my photos having a blurry background therefore focusing on one part of the image. This is a sense of slowing down time and focusing on one thing for just a moment.
- Personal – Each image I shoot has a personal meaning to myself and its something I can’t necessarily put into words so I make a photograph of it instead. Some concepts and meanings are ideas i make up in my mind wether it be dreams or different realities, while others may come from personal life encounters and experiences
- Emotional – Like I previously mentioned, these photos can include my personal feelings or even the feelings of other, in real life or made up. I want to show the way different situations and moments in time can affect individuals and the way they act. I want to show what people feeling both internally and externally.
