About my work
Since few years I’ve been focusing on traditional techniques of line drawing and acrylic & watercolor painting, but what I recently work on the most is an digital illustration. Using digital tools like Photoshop and Corel Painter, I’ve been trying to depict a life interacting with a metaphysical subject ———— a projection of anxiety, fear and awe of myself.
Where I’m from
I’m originally from Tokyo, Japan. I moved to Oahu island of Hawaii when I was 14 years old and lived there for about 5 years. Now I’m in New York for the third time.
What I want to gain from the course, or Parsons
In this course, I expect myself to gain not only an ability to output my thoughts and ideas in various forms, but also to analyze the process of my thoughts and ideas itself.
After graduation
I wish to find employment at a company in New York City at least once to really know how the creative industries work.
