Final FNBKS

Final FNBK Observation, April 24th, 2019.

What was it like to observe one location over several weeks? What did you learn in the process? What kind of change did you see? Did the data you recorded become more meaningful over time? Did you enjoy this process?

Observing one location over several weeks was an experience I never did before. I never sat down in a place and observed it. So it was a new experience that I really enjoyed. Being in the dog park and watching the dogs also helped. I really enjoyed comparing my FNBK observations with one another and realized that when seasons change, a lot of other things change as well, such as humidity, air quality, number of people present in the park, etc. The most I enjoyed was just being able to sit down and observe without having to think about anything. I even made sure my phone was off so that I could really observe and look around. The biggest difference compared was with my first FNBK Observation (February 27th) and my last observation (April 24th.) I really enjoyed the process and will continue observing other places in my own time.
