Inside the tallest building in the world

Towering over the city Dubai what used to be the tallest building is not just a tall building, but an efficient design to keep a building in the desert cool.  This is done with materials and technology, particularly an ice storage room.  The tower can also move, and the top can sway 6 feet in either direction to move with the wind and earthquakes.

Is this the greenest city in the world?

Masdar City, outside Abu Dabi, is a green city, travel powered by driverless electric car systems, and is a model for Urban Development.  With less that 500 people, the rush to move has not occurred yet, but is set to hold large numbers with solar, and water technologies to save Energy.
