I initially thought working with wire would be easier before I started working with it, but my first attempt to build a base proved much harder than I thought. All I had to do was approach it from a new angle and I began to find success in my methods by physically wrapping the wire around the camera twice. Having two pieces of wire for one angle or line allowed for more stability and gave it the look of a gestural drawing that I am pleased with. It looks slightly messy but also gives it more depth and dimension.
