Time Project #3

For my third time project I had to create a book that represented one of the theories of time in “Einstein’s Dreams” by Alan Lightman. I chose to focus in the idea of being in the right place at the right time or the wrong place at the wrong time, and how one simple action or inaction can change your life forever. For this, I illustrated some cartoon images in photoshop (using the pen tool) and then printed them out in bristol paper leaving blank pages between images to be able to hand write in them. In the blank papers I wrote as if the book was a letter from one of the main characters of the story to another, to further explain the narrative and make this book “edition looking”. For the book cover, I used some paper from paper source to further the idea of the book being  a letter, and tied it with a black string. I found the final result of my book to be very successful, but it definitely has to have some retouched done if I plan to publish it someday.
