In Digital Craft class, I planed to make a Coin Clock. I was inspire by the installation called the “Metronome” put up in 1999 in Union Square by Kristen Jones and Andrew Ginze. The Metronome is meant to be an artistic reflecting geological, historical, and astronomical time . Jones and Ginzel wanted the public to reflect upon the different forms of time and its relationship to New York City.

ARTIST STATEMENT
We believe in the synergy of the collaborative process and the way in which dialogue augments the evolution of ideas and their realization. A fundamental sense of wonder at the perception of time and the natural world motivates us to construct contemplative work aimed at magnifying a sense of place and present.
