Critique of Jackson Pollock’s Painting

The first thing i noticed about this painting from Jackson Pollock was his unique style of drip paint. Looking carefully, I see the movement of every paint that it reminds me of ballet dancers. From what I see here, I would say his technique is really unique and interesting. The scale is particularly  successful because it supports the movement. But I’m really struck by the density of these paints because they’re too much that make me feel tense. I really like how Pollock keep the color of this painting simple but if there has more space for background that would be great. Compared to other abstract paintings, like Mondrian Grid, this painting has more movement and rhythm and Mondrian Grid is more about composition.
