I learned this smocking patterns technique on YouTube. It makes me think about the pattern from Comme de Garçon. The rankles from the fabric I used in my video inspired me to make this one because I want to see more organized rankles on a piece of fabric.

I also learned Canadian smocking technique online. This type of smocking makes me think about the pattern on wedding dress, like Vera Wang. It is very interesting to use similar technique but different style pattens.
