PROJECT OVERVIEW

Select a brand of your choice to complete an overarching audit on its trajectory, marketing tactics, and how it can continue to thrive in the future. The audit should be extensive and well-researched, so I would suggest picking a company that is either well-known to you (or that you use frequently), or one that is large enough to have existing third-party media & articles discussing it to ground your analysis.

Your brand audit must include, but isn’t limited to, the below sections: – History / timeline / background – Brand mission & values – Marketing / brand mood board – Marketing mix (product, price, place, promotion) – Brand essence wheel & brand personality – Value proposition & positioning – Competitive analysis – Competitive matrices – Industry trend analysis – PESTLE analysis – SWOT analysis – Target market analysis – Audience segmentation / personas – Recommendations for future – Reference list
