Spring Break exhibition reflection

The Spring Break Exhibit was a collaboration of number of artists. Every single piece was very personal and it separated each works from each other. I personally enjoyed Jonathan Rosen’s collection “I’ll Be Happy When” — it brought happiness and joy especially for those teenagers who are stressed these days. There were pieces that related to social media, how they want more followers, they want to be loved and happy. This caught my attention because I know a few that suffer from the social media world, I was inspired and shocked that this issue is becoming serious for an artist like Jonathan Rosen to notice our issues these days, whom is from a big different age group. The Spring Break Exhibit was somehow very environmental friendly, it was a mix of the messy and DIY aesthetic feel. While other exhibits appear to prune and primp their art for maximum efficiency, this exhibit took a step back and did the opposite.
