These two pieces clearly represent my approach to beauty within my design style. I tend to prefer very sculptural work that is heavily detailed and modern. The Asher Levine prototype is sculptural, interesting, and innovative which makes the piece beautiful in my own eyes. While the traditional leather Biker jacket is more congruent with my personal style, I prefer pieces that inspire me and are more ornate in a way. The leather jacket, while still fashionable and aesthetically pleasing, is less beautiful by my standards. The prototype jacket also has strong masculine and feminine attributes which conflicts and makes it more intriguing whereas the classic biker jacket is more strictly masculine.
