The gym I go to is a very noisy place. Despite the eye striking theme color red, the heavy dumbbells, metal machines and the grunts just scream the word “tough”. Despite the extremely built professional athletes trying to challenge their best persona deadlift number daily, I went and followed a boy who just got started, trying to find his way in this intimidating gym.
