Seminar-2-walking

Around the age of 9-12 months babies begin to take their first steps. It is the moment that parent looks forward to and the first of many proud moments to come for a parent. This is because at that time their brain is developing healthy, and they are at the stage of their life when they can begin to learn how to walk. The ability to walk is something that can be argued as both innate and a learned practice. We know as humans that if our brains are developing normally then later we will be able to learn to walk. We walk because it is the humans ability to get around, and move. If one really reflects on the idea of walking, there is a difference between walking, and going on a walk.  As a child to becoming an adult in life, walking becomes something that is like breathing to us, we just do it because our body is capable. But walking is somewhat therapeutic. One may walk to relieve stress, exercise, or take in the world that’s around them. I can walk because god gave me the human ability, however occasionally I choose to go for a walk, to engage in the sensations of the world around. Walk to think, stare, breathe, and show gratitude for all that stands beneath, above and around me. Yes, walking seems like a simple task that we are capable of doing but why we go for a walks could have a bit of a deeper meaning.
