The images below are prototypes of the lamp that I wanted to make. I chose to make shapes and see which shape best suits me and my choice. I aimed to focus on exploring shapes as that is one thing that attracted me about Contance Guisset’s Chantilly. I was inspired by the shape and the uplift in the theme and the use of colours.
Below are some of the images of my final work, I chose to present it in a dark room with lights inside it. I presented it by hanging it on the wall and presenting the patterns much more clearly.
