For my final mandala, I decided to stick with the same concepts and ideas the first digital draft had. I got very good feedback, so the only thing I really changed was adding the swan at the bottom. I have the top two gender symbols at the top representing the culture and mentality I was raised in transitioning into a more faded and fluid idea representing my accepting and embrace of queerness. This really reminded me of the “Many Masks, Many Selves” reading where it talks about gender. The text really resonated with me the idea of gender being very fluid and open, not surface level. I stuck with the same colors symbolizing my introversion, calmness, level-headedness. I added the swan at the bottom as an indicator of my personality. The circle in the middle I kept in the shape of an eye. Lastly, I have my two seed syllables in the middle.
