Further into the concept of masks, my partner and I wanted to explore how sexuality is used as a mask. This book shows literal masks people use to siphon their feelings and personas. Figurative masks are explored, including but not limited to roles of dominance, roles of submission, and not having control of your body. Lastly, the concept of virtual masks in the millennial era was included, bringing up questions such as: How are these interactions different than in-person interactions? What could possibly be the consequences? Does this mitigate the legitimacy of said interactions?
