creating the book

I decided to make the book in a 19th century style children’s book. Navigating through the secret gardens of Paris. The book is factual and at the same time aesthetically engaging for the viewer. I found inspiration for the design of the book from 18th century books. I used Rm Victoriana and Frederika the great as fonts as I think they suited the theme and graphic language of the book.

Above is a 19th Ce children’s book that I took inspiration From to create our book The secret gardens of paris. And below is a illustration that I also took inspiration from for the illustrations for the book.We also made the book it a colouring in book, though the use stencil style drawings.
