Hello Everyone!
So in this assignment, my professor asked my classmates and I to come up with three double-paged spreads containing work from artists that interest us and also our own artwork, influenced by the artist’s piece as a homage to them. We were told we could use any medium and were encouraged to use something we have not used before in this class. Below in the attachment, you can find my homage to the three artists in this order: Georgia O’ Keeffe, Piet Mondrian, and Yayoi Kusama. My material choices were: scrap pieces of paper and colored markers, magazines, and woodless colored pencils.
