This system is a two component system. The first Component is a joint that has two slots that allow the pentagons to be joined. The size of the slot can be altered with in the joint to bring the pentagons closer or farther apart while joining the system. This joint component allows the system to grow in all axis.
The Second iteration changes the shape of the joint.
