A Week of No Waste – Sustainable Systems

Day 1 – Friday : Breakfast, Starbucks coffee in plastic tumbler cup (reusable), Lunch Grilled cheese on a reusable plate, Dinner Pizza on a reusable plate

Day 2 – Saturday : Breakfast, omelette from caf on a reusable plate and ate with a reusable knife, filled up reusable coffee-mug, Lunch – Smoothie made in reusable cup with reusable straw, Dinner, Pasta in a tupperwear container that is washed and reused

Day 3 – Sunday: Breakfast, Iced Coffee in reusable tumbler cup and muffin on reusable plate. Lunch, Acai bowl in a reusable bowl and water from a reusable bottle, Dinner, Chicken sandwich on a  reusable plate.

Day 4 – Monday: Breakfast, Iced Coffee in reusable tumbler cup and muffin on reusable plate. Lunch: Sandwich on a reusable plate and water from a reusable bottle Dinner: Vietnamese grain bowl in a reusable bowl, water from reusable bottle,

Day 5 – Tuesday: Breakfast, Muffin on a reusable plate with bottle of water from reusable bottle, Lunch, Bagel on reusable plate and water from reusable bottle, Dinner: Chicken and noodles on a reusable plate, Iced tea from a reusable bottle.

Day 6 – Wednesday : Breakfast: Muffin on a reusable plate with Iced Coffee in reusable tumbler cup, Lunch: pasta on a reusable plate and water from a glass, Dinner pasta and a cookie with water from a glass
