For my bridge project assignment I chose to compare an contrast the different smells in Portland, OR where I grew up and New York City where I’m currently living and studying. I chose to portray two days in my life simultaneously, one in each city. In some frames the smells are the same, and others they are different. I chose to make illustrations instead of photos so that I could emphasize the smell fro each memory.
