Calatrava Subway Station Response Photographs:

Which elements of the mammal anatomy have the most potential to inspire architecture? Why?

After visiting the Calatrava Subway Station and being amazed by the architecture of the building, it is definitely clear that the ribcage element of mammal anatomy is the most likely to inspire architecture. When looking at the ceiling, it felt like i was living inside a ribcage of an animal. I think that the actual lines of the ribcage could be a good reference for architecture when working with columns. Also the whole shape of the ribcage, and the way its hallow from the inside is a good resemblance of the architecture a building has.
