This video is about the

Waste system – the waste in Taiwan’s fitness educational system 

which is hidden in the dark from the problematic fitness industry. 

The video was edited abstractly and symbolically to tell a story. The layering of the video clips also delivers the idea of the linked problems that affect each other. First I point out the source of the fitness educational system’s problematic results, the waste in time money and energy. Second, I give out examples of the effects that happened afterward. At last, I try to give out suggestions, and mentioned about the people are trying to change the system in a good way nowadays.
