The motivation behind me choosing the UBER EAT app to do my system map was because I ordered a Korean meal once and they gave me 6 plastic boxes. I was surprised and very concerned about how much plastic and waste if I keep ordering delivery food. After drafting the map, I found there is actually a lot more waste are being produced not only from ordering food but also from what you are using to order your food. Personally, I am using a smartphone to order my meals, and I found that it takes a lot of resources and energies to create.
