Bridge 4

The paper I wrote in seminar focused mainly on the relationship between creators and fans, namely how it is in dire need of reform.

Essentially, the topic discussed in the paper and the one discussed in the project were by all rights the same.

My process began with the sound of the piece.

After the sound was finished, I began to think of the words.

They were inspired by some religious context.

Initially I thought that my Bridge 4 would look a little bit more like this…..

  • More of the religious imagery
  • Performance aspect

I began to grow really unhappy with my ideas and the state the project was in.

When I am truly lost I will usually discuss ideas with friends and my sister.

The topic of live streaming came up.

Bridge 1

The first project brought about a couple frustrations for me.

  • I knew what I wanted for the first half, and as soon as I made it I disliked it.
  • I had no idea what I was going to do for the second half.

Overall, by the end of the project I had seen what I would have fixed and ended up entirely unhappy.

Bridge 2

Initially for Bridge 2 I felt very good about the project and where it was heading.

I put a lot of work into the storyboard and was excited about how it would turn out.

By the end, I felt as though the project turned out much different than I had initially expected.

Overall, I felt slightly dissatisfied with the end product.

Bridge 3

Bridge 3 was a struggle for me for a couple of reasons…

  • I did not have a clear sense of direction for the style
  • I was still very new to Photoshop
  • I ended up redoing the photos over and over

I learned a lot about working in groups although the project proved to be a challenge.

The Future….

Currently, I don’t know what the future holds for me.

  • I feel as though I learned much about myself as a person and also how I work.
  • I feel as though I also learned that maybe school is not for me.
  • I have learned the importance of pacing oneself in regards to life and work.
