For my first 2 logos, I incorporated my full name in a spiral, curved manner. It didn’t seem to really project my name as prominently as I would have liked. I then chose to drop my last name and focused on my first, without any repetition. The Gestalt principle of simplicity and proximity also came into the picture with the reworking of the other 3 logos.
