For the first Integrative Studio class, we spend five minutes to build a sculpture by using the materials which provided by our teacher. The sculpture we builded are including five fuzzy balls, a fork, a plastic cup and a toy fire truck. The toy fire truck is taped on the cup so we can put one of the fuzzy ball under the truck. We also keep the fork on the fire truck with an other fuzzy ball on top of it. As you can see, there are three fuzzy balls setting on the top of fire truck and they all incline to the some degree.
This sculpture doesn’t have particularly meaning, we just played with few different materials and make it to some degree. Perhaps we are just make fun of according to Archimedes’s quote: “Give me a fulcrum, and I shall move the world”. Give me a plastic cup and I shall move the fire truck.
