This is my “I’m..” sketch, I named it “I am treasure”.

The reason why I chose Salvador Dali as my artist is that his personal image is as strong as his paintings. To design clothes based on an artist, i need both the artist’s painting and himself  are strong enough to give me an illusion. Dali is famous for his dream-like oil painting, but his personal style catches people’s attention. He likes exaggerated patterns and colors such as leopard print, purple. He is obsessed with  suits. When I searched his image online, most of the pictures of him was in nice suits.

My work is based on two parts of Dali. His personal fashion style and his paintings. suits, upward moustache, and his dream-like painting.
