This was the hardest part of the project. With my little experience with wire building, I came across some difficulty connecting segments together. What helped me was reflecting on my background with circuits in Highschool, I learned some wire joining techniques like the pig-tail splice, and the Western Union splice. (you could look them up) Those techniques came in hand when creating this armature.
