The majority of fashion designers have emphasized to the public that there is a substantial relationship between sustainable systems and fashion design. Therefore, they said that we should think seriously and also care about not only how to make a good design but also how to help the planet with our design. I already know the general meaning of sustainable systems because many people have mentioned it to me, however, still, I do not clearly understand the effects of sustainable methods in our reality; why we need to make sustainable products; and also how sustainable systems to be related to my major, fashion design. Therefore, my accomplishment for this semester in sustainable systems is to accurately understand what sustainable systems are and then to apply it to my design. I want to research some materials which save the environment in both a direct and indirect way, and then I will try to use the found materials for my project. If it is possible, I want to be like a YouTuber and make a video for people who do not know about the sustainable systems. I want to deliver what I learned about the sustainable design to the public as well. Because my major is fashion design, I am interested in designing clothes. I want to make my own designed garments with some durable materials to help the planet as well. Besides, since there are many discarded materials, I want to use some recycling stuff for making recycling designed costumes, and by keeping using the abandoned equipment industriously, I am sure that it will steadily help to save the planet, too. My final goal for this semester and my designer life is that I want to be a fashion designer and at the same time, also want to be a planet saver.
