My concept is to make a soft-structure skateboard as a comfort object. The stickers will be embroidered instead. Some of the stickers will be in protest against the rule that you can’t skate in Washington Square Park anymore.

My inspiration is an exhibit I saw in Houston 2 years ago (I can’t find images now, sorry) where they wrapped found objects and wrapped them in canvas and then sold them to people with adoption papers. Most of the objects were baby-related, such as socks, smocks, strollers.
