Walking into something risky

THOUGHTS: anxious, negative, disoriented, not wanting to enter, helping me/my body, annoying, frustrating, cramped, small space, not knowing weather you are going up or down.
Picked the space because it makes me feel trapped but it also carries me, which is helpful to my body pain due to problems with it. So its a really positive thing while being this small room, that you are suppose to trust not to fall and I always get very disoriented and uncomfortable when having to go in one because the space is travelling with you up and down.
The space: negative, walking out on a limp, giving trust to some electronic thing, tiny, glossy, cold, metal.
The manipulations of video: Only focusing on metal and shinny elements of the elevator. Going up/down and having multiple door opennings and closings on top of each other, overlapping = seeing the disorientedness and discomfort from the outside of the elevator, showing how I feel when having to enter, not knowing if its still or moving, feeling confused.
The repetition: doors opening/closing, always ready to serve, constant and to emphasise the feelings I get, my thought process
The sound: a big element of these feelings are the way the door bump together and the metal glids next to each other, creating these very harsh and uncomfortable sounds.
The birds: positive, reassuring of the feeling that it is helpful for me and i’ll be fine. Big contrast to the sounds from the elevator.
