Today was my last day when I was a junior, and it was a fantastic year of school life for me. My major was designs and technology, so I really wanted to learn something about software. This major was solving design problems by remixing software, hardware, art, and design creatively.
In my major class of this semester, our group makes a collaborative space where two isolated users work together to create an audio-visual experience through gesture-based interaction. The objective of this installation is to foster isolated collaboration: working with strangers while retaining one’s personal space in order to create a musical masterpiece. Then, we successfully hosted a final project exhibition to the public, and it was my first opportunity to show my work. This experience was advantageous to me because I learned a whole progress exhibition’s preparation. Besides, it helps me better start my thesis show in the next year.
