Pants Project

 

The inspiration for this project is Hangzhou, this is a city with structural architectures and natural views. I want to combine the feeling of this city and create a look based on this idea of Yin and Yang, soft and hard.

I decided to choose my mom as my future customer

Here are my sketch and experimentation of the fabric.

I chose to use wool as the hard resource and silk as the soft resource.

In order to create a feeling of water, I used blue silk as my material. Also tie-dye and draw the fabric to show the feeling of flowing water, I add a little bit gold for the elegant touch.

The whole look is structural and elegant.
