Water Cycle

WATER CYCLE PROJECT

For this project we, as a group, had to represent the water cycle in Paris in a creative way. To be able to do so, we had to go to Pavillon de l´eau here in Paris, as well as conduct a certain amount of research to be able to understand where the water comes from and where the water goes. We had a bit of a difficult time gathering information in Le Pavillon de l´eau because all of the information was in French, but once we translated it, we managed to get a lot of very valuable information we used in our project.

For our project we decided to create a story teller. It is simple but interactive. We wanted for kids to understand the cycle of water but we also did not want to lose any information in the way. We drew out and understood what the water cycle looked like and then decided to do a timeline that explained to whole process. We thought that using a rotary box would make it interactive, fun and efficient. Also, we added a bit of color so that it would be more appealing.

FINAL RESULT:

We decided to do a GIF showing the whole process and also a video to understand how it works. In the video, there is a voice on top explaining the whole process, maybe for kids who have trouble reading at a fast pace and would prefer to have it read out.
